Description:

Facilities / Clean Utilities / Process Engineer - Senior

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, construction and commissioning of Thermal Oxidisers, Waste Treatment and IPA handling systems.
  • Manage installation of facilities and manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with purified water systems.
  • Familiar with requirements for Explosion proof construction, PSM requirements (Process Safety Management)
  • Prioritise Safe, Environmentally responsible and Energy Efficient Design.
  • Identify and manage process safety / machine safety (participate in HAZOPS) and incorporate into design & construction teams deliverables.
  • Ensure on-going compliance of existing utilities and facilities during the expansion project.
  • Plan and organize tie-in’s with minimal interruptions to existing manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with validated facility delivery systems.
  • Review and comment on design documents, P&ID’s, specifications, IFC drawings etc.
  • Provide technical expertise in support of design, construction and commissioning activities across range of Clean Utilities.
  • Schedule adherence and execution across the project.
  • Coordinate with technical cross-functional Facilities team and work across engineering disciplines to deliver reliable and sustainable solutions and processes.

Requirements

Major Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in dealing with complex and hazardous substances, such as explosive materials and industrial waste.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing Purified Water and Waste Water Treatment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of IPA handling systems and safety protocols.
  • Preferred experience with explosion-proof construction to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Familiarity with thermal oxidizers will be a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Background:

  • Previous work experience in a similar environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries, will be highly regarded.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €27,949.47-€75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
