This role’s main objective is to lead and execute Point of sale product in line with business demands, and continuous innovation to optimize the cost and improve efficiency. Mandatory requirements of this role are expert knowledge of Automobile Finance sector, emerging technologies and strategic applications to fulfill business needs. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade the team.
Your tasks will be:

Assist in documentation of Requirement specifications (RS) and Functional Specifications (FS) Be a liaison between the Market and vendor and coordinate throughout the project lifecycle Assist Market Business unit and Local IT to map business process with available solution/functionality in the application Analysis of the Change requests from various Markets and initiation of change management process Participate in CAB/ CR Meeting every week on reviewing the upcoming/implemented changes Assist the business unit in creating/ reviewing test scenarios cases, testing activities and lead the UAT for small business units for UAT To coordinate with vendor and assist in solution finalization discussions Ensuring appropriate use of Mercedes-Benz IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies
Qualifikationen
<ul><b>Qualifications:</b>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science) / Master’s Degree in Information technology or Engineering or Finance
<li>At least 5-7 years of IT experience, preferably with working experience in multi-cultural organization
<li>Have been involved as Business Analyst for a full system implementation (end to end SDLC). Project Management will be an advantage
<li>Team player – good interpersonal & communication skills in an international context
<li>Excellent project management and presentation skill; Able to travel occasionally
<li>Planning, organising, and controlling skills to be able to manage highly complex changes to the service landscape
<li>Very good skills in documenting the requirements
<li>Good to have experience in JIRA
<li>To lead a project and manage it successfully during its entire lifecycle.
<li>Nice to have: Business analyst certification and/or Scrum Product Owner certification</ul>
<ul><b>Soft skills:</b>
<li>Very good understanding of IT processes and tools and capable of following policies and procedures of the company
<li>Excellent business process knowledge on Loan Origination, Credit Assessment to Loan Management
<li>Good Automotive Financial Products knowledge in the market (global/local)
<li>Good knowledge in System Accounting entries /General Ledger between Loan system and SAP system
<li>Has a positive attitude, able to understand client needs and document requirements. Takes responsibility as subject matter expert
<li>Outside the box thinking and adaptability. Can pick up new approaches and apply them to his area of responsibility
<li>Able to communicate requirements effectively to team members and in smaller groups</ul>
